The Rescue Diver course builds on your existing dive skills, teaching you how to prevent and manage diving emergencies.

The Rescue Diver course is designed to enhance your skills in preventing and managing diving emergencies, helping you become a more confident and capable diver.

Course Overview:

Knowledge Development (eLearning): Study online to learn about dive safety, stress management, and emergency procedures.

Confined Water Dive:
  Practice rescue skills in a controlled environment, including self-rescue and using emergency equipment.

Open Water Dive Scenario:  Apply your skills in real-world dive scenarios to manage panicked or unresponsive divers.

  • Course Schedule

    Day 1 (11:30 - 17:30)  


    Confined Water Dive: Learn and practice rescue skills in a controlled environment  


    Day 2 (08:00 - 15:00)


    Open Water Dive: Apply and review your rescue skills in real-world scenarios


    By the end of these two days, you’ll be certified as an SSI Rescue Diver.

    To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please pack the following items:


    Swimwear and Towel: Essential for your training sessions and dives.


    Warm Clothing: Particularly important during cooler months, to keep you cosy between dives.
