Has it been a while since you’ve been scuba diving? Do you feel like your scuba skills and knowledge are a bit rusty? The Scuba Review Tune-up is just the refresher you need. It reacquaints you with diving so that you're back to feeling comfortable in the underwater world in less than a day.

  • What's Included

    Instructor: Tailored dive plan with a professional guide.


    Dive Trip: Shore dive and fun bot dive (2 dives).


    Full scuba gear and also includes a 12L steel tank (short or long) and weights.


    Changing Facilities: Convenient on-site changing room.

  • Itinerary

    Check-in: Arrive by 08:00 or 11:30 at Dive Academy (depending on your booked time slot).


    Welcome: You'll be warmly welcomed by one of our team and provided with a gear box and space to get change.


    Dive Briefing: A briefing will be held every time before we leave the dive centre for a dive.

  • What To bring?

    Scuba license: Proof of your scuba qualifications.


    Swimwear and Towel: Essential for your water sessions.


    Warm Clothing: Particularly important during cooler months, to keep you cozy after dive.

  • Can non-diver join this course?

    No, this is for qualified divers only.

  • Can I rent dive gear?

    Yes, you can. For this adventure rental cost is included.

  • What is the water temperature?

    Min. 10°C / 50°F  max 18°C / 65°F (depends on the time of the year).

  • What can I see underwater?

    The list is long... most popular are grey seals, lobsters, crayfish, many types of wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, dogfish/cat sharks. Also, if you're lucky enough, you can meet basking sharks, blue sharks even sun fish...

  • How is the water visibility?

    From 5m / 17ft UP. Never less than 5m/17ft.

  • What type of air tanks do you provide?

    For scuba, we use 12L steel air tanks with single-valve DIN or Yoke.

  • Can I use Nitrox?

    No, we don't have it.

  • Is there drysuit diving only?

    No, we use wetsuits 7mm + shorty 5mm all year round. 

  • If I join this trip can I catch a ferry at 4 pm?

    Yes, if you book slot at 08:00 then, you will finish at around 3 pm.
