Environmental Conservation
The Aran Islands are dedicated to preserving their natural resources and marine ecosystems, making them an ideal destination for responsible and eco-conscious divers.
The Weather
The weather can be funny in Ireland but The Aran Islands, located off the west coast of Ireland, typically experience more sunny days than the Ireland mainland due to their more westerly position in the North Atlantic.
This geographical location makes them less susceptible to the cloud cover and rain that often affects the mainland, resulting in a slightly sunnier climate.
If the weather isn't great, we always have an option to travel on the boat to the other side of the Island to find a sheltered location for diving.
Example Itinerary
- DIVES & PREPARATION
For your group, we can arrange up to four dive trips per day. The boat goes out for one dive at a time before returning to the dive centre. Gear preparation and dive briefing take place at the dive centre before departure, where tea and coffee are also available.

A lunch break is scheduled between dives, and we can arrange it for you at the dive centre. All divers can stay at the dive centre during the break, making it easier to relax and prepare for the next dive. Please note that lunch is not included in the price.

All dives are completed by around 16:00. The dive centre remains open until 18:00, allowing you to relax, share dive memories, and browse our dive shop for souvenirs. All while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.
