  • What's Included

    Digital Learning Package: Covers freediving theory, breathing techniques, equalization, and safety.


    Professional Instructor Guidance: 1 instructor: 2 students ratio ensures personalized training and safety.


    Full Diving Gear: Includes wetsuits, fins, mask, snorkel, weights, and safety equipment.


    Digital Qualification Card: An internationally recognized Apnea Total certification, allowing dives up to 10-20 meters and progression to advanced courses.

  • Course Schedule

    Day 1: 12:00 - 17:00 


    Theory & confined water skills: Meet in the dive centre at 12:00. Introduction theory to freediving. Learn about equipment. Breathing techniques. Confined water skills

     


    Day 2: 10:00 - 17:00


    Theory & open water practice: Meet at the dive school at 10:00. Learn theory and diving reflex. Learn how to equalize efficiently. Stretching and breathing exercises. Open water session. Debriefing

     


    Day 3: 10:00 - 15:00


    Theory & open water practice: Meet at the dive school at 10:00. Theory exam. Stretches and breathing exercises. Open water session. Debriefing and certification.

  • What To Bring

    Personal Swimwear and Towel: Wear swimwear under your clothes for convenience, and bring a towel for drying off after your dive.


    Drinking Water: Staying hydrated is key, so bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.


    Warm Clothes (in Cooler Months): Pack comfortable, warmer clothing for stretching and breathing exercises before and after the dive, especially if the weather is cool.

  • Can I skip Intro to Freediving program?

    Yes, in level one we also cover the basics of freediving and develop gradually over the course to more depth, skills and techniques.

  • How old do I have to be to start the course?

    16 years old.

  • Why should I free dive?

    Freediving helps to relax, reduces stress and anxiety, it's stretches your body, and lungs, boosts confidence, and energy, and trains discipline.

  • Do I have to be able to swim?

    Yes, you need basic swimming skills to enjoy the course. 

  • Can I dive if I have a cold ?

     It's ok if it is light. However, it is not the best time to freedive if you have a heavy runny nose or cold. This can make equalizing difficult and painful.

  • Will the water be cold?

    Yes, the water is cold, however, you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm. 

  • Can I eat some food or drink coffee before free diving?

    Yes, but it is best to keep your stomach light before sessions to preserve oxygen when diving. Something light like fruit or granola with yoghurt is recommended.


    Similar to coffee, tea or high-sugar drinks, try to refrain from them as they raise your heart rate. 

    DO drink plenty of water before and after the dives to keep hydrated!

    The group during this program is a max 2 students.

    From 5m / 17ft  to infinity...
