The cold environment helps improve focus, calmness, and mental resilience, keeping you present and relaxed even in challenging conditions.

Cold water triggers adrenaline and endorphins, providing a natural "high" that boosts mood and mental well-being.

    5. Strengthened Immune System

Regular cold-water exposure helps boost your immune system, stimulating white blood cell production for better overall health.

    6. Unique Underwater Experience

Cold water offers clearer visibility and access to unique marine life, providing an unmatched peaceful and rewarding dive.

Popular Questions

Got a question? We’ve got answers

  • Can I dive if I have a cold ?

It's ok if it is light. However, it is not the best time to freedive if you have a heavy runny nose or cold. This can make equalizing difficult and painful.

  • Can I rent freediving gear?

Yes, but keep in mind that most of our gear is designed for scuba diving. However, we also use it during freediving trips.

  • Will the water be cold?

Yes, the water is cold, make sure you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm or you can rent from us.

  • Can I eat some food or drink coffee before free diving?

Yes, but it is best to keep your stomach light before sessions to preserve oxygen when diving. Something light like fruit or granola with yoghurt is recommended.
