Instead of another video game, sign your kids up for our Junior Open Water Diver Course. Who knows, they might discover a whole new passion beneath the waves! Once they have completed the Junior Open Water Diver Course, they effectively have a licence for life to dive at any dive centre in the world.


The course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge Development: Complete eLearning modules to grasp the fundamental principles of scuba diving.

Confined Water Training: Practice essential scuba skills in a controlled environment.

Open Water Dives: Showcase your skills while exploring the ocean's beauty.

After just three consecutive days, you'll be certified as an SSI Junior Open Water Diver. This certification allows you to dive anywhere in the world with an adult, up to a maximum depth of 12 meters. Once you turn 15, your maximum depth will increase to 18 meters.

  • Course Schedule

    Join us for an exciting three-day adventure to become an SSI Junior Open Water Diver!


    Day 1: 11:30 - 17:30


    Confined Water Skills: Practice essential scuba skills. Conduct dives in a controlled environment.


    Day 2: 8:00 - 17:30


    Confined Water Training: Continue practicing and refining your skills. Additional dives in confined water.


    Day 3: 8:00 - 15:00


    Open Water Experience: Final practice sessions. Enjoy a fun boat dive in open water.


    By the end of this training, you'll be ready to explore the underwater world with confidence!

  • What To bring?

    To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please pack the following items:


    Swimwear and Towel: Essential for your training sessions and dives.


    Warm Clothing: Particularly important during cooler months, to keep you cosy between dives.

  • How deep will I go diving?

    On the first day, we'll dive to a maximum depth of 5 meters (17 feet). Days 2 and 3 will go no deeper than 12 meters.

  • Should I be a good swimmer?

    No, you don't need to be a great swimmer, but you should know the basics and feel comfortable in the water.

  • How big is the group during the course?

    The group size is a maximum of 4 students per instructor.

  • Should I have my own dive gear?

    No, you don't need to have your own dive gear, but you can bring any gear you have.

  • Is the water cold?

    Yes, the water can be cold during cooler months, but the super-suit (wetsuit), boots, and gloves will keep you comfortable.

    After completing this course, you can sign up for the Advanced Open Water Diver course to continue your scuba education.

    Water visibility can range from 5 meters (17 feet) to infinity, depending on conditions.
