This training is for freedivers with a minimum of Level - 1 certificate. Elevate your skills with our line training program. Delve into fine-tuning your techniques, refine your breath-holding abilities, practice buddy diving and master the art of diving deeper with confidence.

Duration: 3.5 hours (11:00 - 14:30)
Personal Swimwear and Towel: Wear swimwear under your clothes for convenience, and bring a towel for drying off after your dive.
Drinking Water: Staying hydrated is key, so bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.
Warm Clothes (in Cooler Months): Pack comfortable, warmer clothing for stretching and breathing exercises before and after the dive, especially if the weather is cool.

Freediving helps to relax, reduces stress and anxiety, it's stretches your body, and lungs, boosts confidence, and energy, and trains discipline.
It's ok if it is light. However, it is not the best time to freedive if you have a heavy runny nose or cold. This can make equalizing difficult and painful.
Yes, the water is cold, however, you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm.
Yes, but it is best to keep your stomach light before sessions to preserve oxygen when diving. Something light like fruit or granola with yoghurt is recommended.
Similar to coffee, tea or high-sugar drinks, try to refrain from them as they raise your heart rate.
DO drink plenty of water before and after the dives to keep hydrated!
