  • What's Included

    Professional Instructor Guidance: Enjoy personalized instruction with a low 1:2 instructor-to-student ratio, ensuring close guidance and support throughout your freediving experience.


    Full Diving Gear: All necessary freediving equipment is provided, including wetsuits, masks, snorkels, fins, and weights, so you’re fully prepared for your dive.

  • Itinerary

    Check-in: Arrive 11:30 at Dive Academy to meet your instructor and fellow free-divers.


    Breathing Exercises & Relaxation: Start with techniques to control your breath and relax your body, preparing you for an enjoyable freediving experience.


    How to Equalize: Learn essential equalization techniques to manage pressure changes underwater comfortably.


    Freediving Safety: Go over key safety principles to ensure a safe and confident dive.


    Water Skills & Fun: Practice water entry and essential freediving skills in a fun, stress-free environment.


    Efficient Techniques of Finning & Body Position: Refine your underwater movement with effective finning techniques and proper body positioning.


    Debriefing: Wrap up with a debrief, discussing your progress and the day’s highlights.

  • What To Bring

    Personal Swimwear and Towel: Wear swimwear under your clothes for convenience, and bring a towel for drying off after your dive.


    Drinking Water: Staying hydrated is key, so bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.


    Warm Clothes (in Cooler Months): Pack comfortable, warmer clothing for stretching and breathing exercises before and after the dive, especially if the weather is cool.

  • Can I go straight to Lv.1 as a beginner?

    Yes! Level 1 is perfect for beginners. We cover the basics of freediving and gradually work towards greater depth, skills, and techniques throughout the course.

  • Can I rent freediving gear?

    Yes, you can (full price includes gear rental as well).

  • Can I eat some food or drink coffee before free diving?

    Yes, you can eat beforehand, but it’s best to keep your stomach light to help conserve oxygen while diving. Opt for something small and easy to digest, like fruit or granola with yogurt.


    As for drinks, avoid coffee, tea, or high-sugar beverages, as they can increase your heart rate, which is counterproductive for freediving.

  • Why should I free dive?

    Freediving helps to relax, reduces stress and anxiety, it's stretches your body, and lungs, boosts confidence, and energy, and trains discipline.

  • Can I dive if I have a cold ?

    It depends on the severity. If your cold is mild, you may still be able to dive. However, if you have a heavy cold or a very runny nose, it’s best to wait until you’re feeling better.

  • Will the water be cold?

    Yes, the water is cold, however, you will have the appropriate gear to keep you warm.

  • How big is a group?

    The group during this program is a max 2 students.   

  • How is the water visibility?
