Yes, you can. Full Dive Gear rental includes a wet suit (7mm), Boots (5mm), Gloves (3mm), Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Regulators Set and BCD. - Full Set €35 /person/day

What is the water temperature?

Min. 10°C / 50°F max 18°C / 65°F (depends on the time of the year).

What can I see underwater?

The list is long... most popular are grey seals, lobsters, crayfish, many types of wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, dogfish/cat sharks. Also, if you're lucky enough, you can meet basking sharks, blue sharks even sun fish...

I'm a beginner diver can I join this trip?

Yes, Family Adventure Dive is for you. Your guide will tailor a guided dive plan for you to go scuba diving.

How is the water visibility?

Water visibility can range from 5 meters (17 feet) to infinity, depending on conditions.

Is there drysuit diving only?

No, we use wetsuits 7mm (extra shorty 5mm if needed) all year round.

If I join this trip can I catch a ferry at 4 pm?

No, you will finish at around 17:00.

Family Adventure Dive

Children, friends, and family embark on an exciting underwater adventure as they go scuba diving together.

This adventure boat or shore dive is dedicated to scuba diver families or friends when adults can blend with kids or just for kids only. It's a memorable experience that strengthens their bonds and creates lasting memories for the entire group.

In general, we ask that divers have a Junior/Open Water Diver qualification or equivalent for Family Friends Dive and have been diving within the last 12 months to join our Family Adventure Dive. These dive trips run during summer months when the water is warmer for children.

What's Included

Experienced Dive Guide: Tailored dive plan with a professional guide.

Boat Trip: Departing from the pier in front of Dive Academy.

Air Tank & Weights: Includes a 7L or 10L or 12L steel tank and weights.

Changing Facilities: Convenient on-site changing room.

Gear Storage: Secure storage for your dive equipment.

Dive Gear collection: We can collect your dive gear from the pier terminal on your arrival if needed.
Itinerary

Departure: Our boat leaves at 15:30 from the pier at the front of the dive center for one dive.

Check-in: Arrive by 14:30 at Dive Academy.

Welcome: You'll be warmly welcomed by one of our team and provided with a gear box and space to get change.

Dive Briefing: A briefing will be held before we leave the dive center.

Travel Time: The boat ride takes about 5 - 10 minutes each way, returning around 1.5 hours after departure, depending on ocean conditions.
